  • ADOPT-A-FAMILY - DONATIONS BEING ACCEPTED

The South River High School Adopt-A-Family Program Club is requesting donations to help create a positive and memorable holiday by supplying gifts, clothing and necessities to families in need in South River.

In the past, this Program has been fortunate enough to assist over 100 children in our community as a result of the generous donations received. We are currently asking for toys, clothing (new items only please), food or a monetary gift to assist in purchasing items.  For your convenience, a drop off is located at the South River Public Library located on Appleby Avenue.  If you would like to donate a monetary gift, please make the check payable to SRHS - Adopt-A-Family and drop off at the Administration Office (building in front of the High School).

Thank you, on behalf of the Adopt-A-Family Program, for your generosity and support.

Any questions may be directed to Debbie Zemann at dzemann@srivernj.org.

  • Advisory - Medical Insurance Coverage

At times, students sustain injuries during the school day or while participating in district sanctioned after school activities. Occasionally, medical emergencies warrant transporting students to the hospital via the local rescue squad thus resulting in the costs associated with the transport and/or hospital visit. Please be advised that parents/guardians are responsible for their children's health care, including emergency costs.  When a crisis situation necessitates the use of emergency medical services, the resulting costs must be borne by the parents/guardians.
