Anonymous Alerts Reporting System

The South River Public Schools are pleased to announce a new communications tool called Anonymous Alerts®. Our Anonymous Alerts® account will allow students, parents and guardians to report urgent information quickly, easily, and anonymously to school officials that oversee the Middle and High Schools. The system is easy to use, and it encourages allows persons to confidentially report on a variety of concerns, including safety issues, well-being
concerns such as bullying, cyber-bullying, and many other topics through private messages to our administration.

What is Anonymous Alerts?

Anonymous Alerts is a comprehensive anonymous reporting platform empowering students, parents, and community members to anonymously submit secure tips about safety threats, bullying, depression, self-harm, or social isolation and more to designated school administrators. Submitters can establish private Anonymous 2- way Communications® with school officials to chat about an incident report submitted.

Our anonymous reporting system enables students to anonymously report bullying, behavioral, and/or campus safety concerns using our mobile or Web-based apps, 24/7. The Anonymous Alerts reporting mobile app for students is simple and intuitive for any student to use. The Anonymous Alerts platform allows school administrators to quickly and efficiently manage and investigate incident reports. Potential safety threats and mental health behavioral risks can be quickly identified and handled by designated school administrators, safety personnel, and counselors.

We do believe that the best way to address problems that our students face in school is personal contact with a teacher, school administrator,  psychologist or counselor and we strongly encourage and fully support that continued practice. However, we do recognize that sometimes students deal with sensitive situations and there may be a preference to communicate a concern anonymously.
